At Al Fawzy Dental, we are committed to providing a transparent and stress-free experience for our local and international patients. We understand that medical needs and travel plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible, patient-first refund policy.

1. Online Booking Deposits

When you book an appointment or a preliminary consultation through our secure online portal, your payment is handled with full transparency:

  • 0% Cancellation Fee: You may cancel your appointment at any time prior to your scheduled visit without any penalty, administrative charge, or hidden fees.
  • 100% Refund: If you choose to cancel, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your booking deposit to the original payment method.

2. Rescheduling

Patients are welcome to reschedule their appointments to any available time slot through our portal or by contacting us directly. There are no fees or costs associated with moving your appointment to a different date or time.

3. Clinical Consultation & Pre-payments

If, during or after your initial clinical consultation at our facility, it is determined that a specific treatment is not the right path for your health, any advanced deposits made toward that specific procedure are 100% refundable. We do not believe in charging for services that are not clinically appropriate for the patient.

4. Completed Clinical Services

  • Clinical Services: Once a dental procedure (such as an extraction, cleaning, or surgical placement) has been performed, the fees are non-refundable. These fees cover sterilized medical materials, laboratory costs, and the specialized time of our clinical team.
  • Restorative Support: While medical procedures are non-refundable, all restorative work (such as Crowns, Veneers, and Implants) is supported by our professional clinical standards. If a restoration fails due to material or structural issues, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost according to our internal clinical guidelines.

5. Refund Processing & Transparency

  • How to Request: To request a refund, please email our administrative team at bookappointment@alfawzydental.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +20 111 010 0027.
  • Processing: Once a refund is requested, it is authorized by our management within 24 hours.
  • Timeline: Depending on your local or international bank’s processing times, the funds typically appear back in your account within 5–7 business days.
  • Transaction Safety: All refunds are processed via the same secure, encrypted gateway used for the initial payment.

6. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Al Fawzy Dental must reschedule or cancel an appointment due to clinical emergencies or technical maintenance, we will offer you the choice of a priority rescheduled slot or an immediate 100% refund.
