At Al Fawzy Dental, we strive to provide the highest quality dental care while ensuring transparency in our financial processes. By adhering to the following financial policy, we aim to clarify expectations regarding payments and refunds for all our valued patients.

Payment Policy:

  1. Payment Methods:

    • We accept cash, local debit cards, and local credit cards for all services provided.
    • International cards are accepted as a form of payment; however, specific terms apply (see below).
    • Full payment must be made at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
  2. Insurance Claims:

    • For patients with dental insurance, we will assist in filing claims as an additional service. However, patients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.

Refund Policy:

  1. General Refund Policy:

    • Refunds for services rendered are not provided under any circumstances, as dental services are customized and specific to each patient.
  2. Transactions Using International Cards:

    • Refunds are not accepted for payments made using international cards. This policy applies regardless of the nature of the payment or the reason for the refund request.
    • Patients using international cards are advised to confirm all payment details before completing the transaction.
  3. Cancellations and Prepayments:

    • Prepaid services canceled by the patient are non-refundable. However, the prepaid amount may be used as credit for future services, at the discretion of the management.
